Programme Coordinator
At Inner Wings, we are on a mission to build confidence, courage and bravery in young girls aged 6 to 12 around the world through a wide range of available events and programmes, such as mentoring and role modelling.
The Programme Coordinator is a full time role covering multiple areas, including coordinating and managing upcoming programmes, liaising with partnering schools and engaging with volunteers. The role will provide exposure to various parts of a growing foundation, giving significant responsibility early on, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team coming from top tech companies (e.g. Amazon, Uber, SUSE, among others).
We are looking for someone who is passionate about our mission to achieve gender balance (50/50) in leadership roles in organisations across all different industries in the future, and is eager to make a real impact.
About you
- Hand-on experience in Primary school, preferably as a teacher
- Undergraduate with strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
- Resourceful with the ability to solve problems creatively and with limited guidance
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Flexible and hands-on, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and changing environment
